Our exclusive HYBRID program was created to transform YOUR body into your strongest, fittest and most confident self.
You can expect us to share with you the most effective training methods in building real world Strength, Cardio Endurance, Core Strength and Flexibility
These are all of the KEY elements required for women (along with nutrition) in creating a toned, athletic, strong body
What does this mean?
It means that you’ll be working with various pieces of equipment in the gym such as Barbells, Kettlebells, Dumbbells and even Bodyweight to progressively increase your STRENGTH, the stronger you are the more lean muscle you have, the more lean muscle you have the more calories you burn in everyday living.
We finish each HYBRID session with CARDIO FINISHERS these are usually 10-15 minutes in length and target your entire body, cardio finishers are designed to dramatically increase fitness, endurance and to get your metabolism firing, you will leave each session feeling confident and accomplished - not to mention in a way better mood. NO LONG GRUELLING CARDIO NEEDED!
HYBRID is ran in a small group WOMEN ONLY environment (with capped numbers), there are NO TV’s only REAL high level coaching ensuring you get the attention you need to rapidly progress safely whilst using correct technique in ALL your movements.
We work with YOU at YOUR level and YOUR capabilities, it’s a personal training service in a friendly small group atmosphere.
